The site has an interesting history dating from Saxon times. It sits on a former watermill which operated until the end of the 19th century. The neighbouring bridge leading to the charming village of
Lower Eashing was constructed by monks from the nearby Waverley Abbey.
In 1999, the buildings were developed by Richard Cook Ltd, and more recently significant investment from the Thomas Family (the current owner) has elevated the park to one of the leading business destinations in Surrey.
